The parliamentary battle completed, local elected officials are now in first line to the Grand Paris. And the partition of the Secretary of State to the capital region, Christian Blanc, looks delicate. To prevent the accusations of interference, the Government wants to involve elected officials: he sees them regularly since 2008 and they will sign, in the spring of 2011 "contracts development territorial" assigning reciprocal commitments on transportation, housing, land policy and economic development. It has not been the path of the dual subway loop, but about 80 municipalities are already in discussion with the State: those located on the nine poles approached to host stations (the defence, the plateau of Saclay, le Bourget, Saint-Denis, Noisy, Versailles...).
